Yes, thank goodness - we are finally Timeshare free

Yes we spoke to them, and didn't go well, they offered no help whatsoever

Unfortunately yes, we joined Incentive Leisure thinking that by going with them, we would no longer own our timeshare! Unsurprisingly we not only lost a lot of money but still owned our timeshare, All we can say is Thank Goodness for Holiday Opportunities

Yes, A simple phone call and someone will explain everything to you no matter how many times you phone

Yes we spoke to them, to say they were unhelpful is a major understatement. They are very quick to take your money at time of purchase, but when you no longer want your timeshare they decide that there is absolutely nothing they can do.

Yes, this was very important to be kept up to date and this made us feel very reassured about the process.

Took longer than expected as quoted 4 months initially, unfortunately these things can take longer when your original timeshare management company, drag their heels -  am so relieved its over

Good, and I would like to thank you for opening the door for us in being able to find a transferee and cutting through the complex and often costly and unsuccessful systems that many of the "Timeshare Sales" companies create. the service was excellent and have no hesitation with recommending your professional approach and handling, from the first meeting all the way through to completion

Having advertised and also attending four other presentations to dispose of my two weeks in Spain, it was great to usee a company who were able to provide the services advertised (namely) to dispose of my timeshare. Thank you! It is such a relief not to have the worry of the ever-increasing management fees or having the finances to pay them

No, thankfully, we had managed to dispose of all our other timeshares except this one - no one wanted it, especially not our daughter who couldn't have afforded the increasing fees, luckily Holiday Opportunities UK Ltd were the first company we tried and we are now free from this too!

Very negative response due to the problem of disposing of the timeshare ownership. Over the past few years, Spain has suffered from an explosion of timeshare development and with ever increasing service charges, potential owners have been frightened off. M**** prefer to screw existing owners for their service charges to maintain income rather then actively pursue new owners.

The service provided was very informative and courteous, very supportive, kind and professional. I felt i could take a big breath of relief and confidence in doing the right thing with the right people

My contract member of Holiday Opportunities was Tina Clarkson, who was very professional and reassuringly helpful to all of my enquiries also Rebecca Warren in replying to my phone calls (instead of expecting to be put on hold) also very reassuringly helpful. I thank you both.
